Common data routes

Customer responsibilities

• Authorise access to the relevant operational data.
• Provide IT/WMS support where configuration or credentials are required.
• Confirm field definitions and KPI ownership.
• Approve security, refresh and retention arrangements.

Waremetry responsibilities

• Specify the fields needed for the agreed management questions.
• Transform, reconcile and model the data.
• Define and validate KPI logic.
• Build reporting, refresh and handover documentation.

No WMS replacement is required. The aim is to make better use of the operational data you already produce.
